Shipping/ Policy

Shipping: 
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS which usually takes, 2 - 4 business days anywhere within the USA. Once your item(s) is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the email that was provided with your order.  

We are not responsible for any orders once they are confirmed in transit or delivered. Lost packages must be disputed with the carrier. 1-800-275-8777

Order Processing:
Your order will be processed for shipping within 2-3 business days. Any order placed and processed will not be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday. Your package will be shipped on the next business day.

Return/ Refund Policy:

Refunds are not issued once shipped the goods. We are not responsible for any refunds due to failure to select the appropriate payment method. Shadae's Inspired is not responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions.

We do not issue any refund and/or returns.  All Shadae's Inspired jewelry has been thoroughly inspected for damages before before shipping out. All purchases are final sale.
